1 - Initiation:Therapeutic Reiki Session

We begin with a powerful Reiki session where I tune in to your energy, receive clear, honest messages from Spirit, and start the process of clearing what’s ready to be released. This session uncovers the energetic and emotional blocks standing in your way and sets the tone for the deep work ahead. You’ll leave with insight and immediate, actionable steps to begin shifting your internal landscape.

2 - The Work: Weekly or Monthly Sessions + Integration

After the first session, I receive intuitive guidance on what your soul is calling for, how many sessions, over what period of time, and where the focus needs to be. We schedule a series of 1:1 sessions over the coming weeks or months, and you’ll be given practical, Spirit-led work to integrate between sessions. This is where the real transformation takes root, through consistent clearing, aligned guidance, and commitment to your growth.

3 - Integration: The Insight Group

Once you’ve moved through the intensity of your personal clearing and are able to hold your alignment without constant intervention, you’ll be invited into The Insight Group. This exclusive, ongoing space offers a bi-monthly energetic tune-up, a personal Spirit-led reading, and a layer of accountability as you deepen your embodiment of this new way of living.

4 - Expansion + Support

After completing The Real Work and fully stepping into your aligned self, you’ll move forward with the tools, clarity, and connection you need to live a life that truly reflects your soul. Clients often return during major life transitions, join The Insight Group again for seasonal support, or book clarity readings when Spirit calls. The door is always open when you need to realign.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

No! I suggest clients come as they are. Clients are welcome to record the session, using a voice recorder app to replay over time for further insight.

Where should I be to attend a video session?

It is suggested you are in a private, calming space. It is important you can speak freely and not be disturbed. Using headphones or air pods can be helpful. You may want a space to lay down and be comfortable if you are doing a reiki session.

Do you offer in person sessions?

What currency are your prices listed in?

My pricing is shown in USD.

When is payment collected?

Payment is collected upon booking your session to hold your appointment time. In the event of a cancellation within my policy guidelines, your payment will be refunded to your method of payment.
