This is a guided healing and coaching process for those truly ready to break open, clear what no longer serves, and return to their highest self. It begins with a powerful Reiki session where we receive Spirit-led insight and clear energetic blocks. From that session, I create a personalized path forward, guided by what your soul is calling for.
Over the following weeks or months, we meet for ongoing sessions and you’re given tangible, Spirit-led practices to integrate. When you’re aligned and stable in your new way of being, you’ll be invited into the Insight Group, an exclusive space for continued energetic support, bi-monthly clearings, and spiritual accountability.
This process is more than healing, it’s a sacred return to the truth of who you are, and a new way of living in full alignment with it.

1 - Initiation:Therapeutic Reiki Session
We begin with a powerful Reiki session where I tune in to your energy, receive clear, honest messages from Spirit, and start the process of clearing what’s ready to be released. This session uncovers the energetic and emotional blocks standing in your way and sets the tone for the deep work ahead. You’ll leave with insight and immediate, actionable steps to begin shifting your internal landscape.
2 - The Work: Weekly or Monthly Sessions + Integration
After the first session, I receive intuitive guidance on what your soul is calling for, how many sessions, over what period of time, and where the focus needs to be. We schedule a series of 1:1 sessions over the coming weeks or months, and you’ll be given practical, Spirit-led work to integrate between sessions. This is where the real transformation takes root, through consistent clearing, aligned guidance, and commitment to your growth.
3 - Integration: The Insight Group
Once you’ve moved through the intensity of your personal clearing and are able to hold your alignment without constant intervention, you’ll be invited into the Insight Group. This exclusive, ongoing space offers bi-monthly energetic tune-ups, personal Spirit-led feedback, and a layer of accountability as you deepen your embodiment of this new way of living.
4 - Expansion + Support
After completing The Real Work and fully stepping into your aligned self, you’ll move forward with the tools, clarity, and connection you need to live a life that truly reflects your soul. Clients often return during major life transitions, join the Insight Group again for seasonal support, or book clarity readings when Spirit calls. The door is always open when you need to realign.

What services do you offer?
I offer 1:1 readings, Therapeutic Reiki, Remote Reiki, and transformational coaching that is personalized for each client and takes them through a process of healing and expansion.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All sessions are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
No! I suggest clients come as they are. Clients are welcome to record the session, using a voice recorder app if they choose to replay back to themselves over time for further insight.
Where should I be to attend a virtual session?
It is suggested you are in a private, calming space. It is important you can speak freely and not be disturbed. Using headphones or air pods can be helpful. You may want a space to lay down and be comfortable if you are doing a reiki session.
Can I book individual sessions?
Yes! I welcome clients to see me for just one session, however to experience the full promise of expansion and freedom, I suggest we work together through The Real Work.
Do you have a package option for multiple sessions?
Yes, The Real Work is a transformational healing and coaching package which combines Intuitive Reiki, 1:1 Readings and the Insight Group which is exclusive to clients only. This offers the best option for those looking to experience a supportive transformation and really change who they are, how they live and what their future holds. How long are 1:1 readings?
The 1:1 readings are 45 minutes long.
How long are Therapeutic Reiki Sessions?
Sessions can vary anywhere from 50-90 minutes in length. I like to give space for spirit to work through me and not feel limited by time constraints.
How long are Remote Reiki Sessions?
They are typically 30-45 minutes in length. These are performed over instant message, and the client is not required to be present. Feedback is sent to the client for review following the healing.
What currency are your prices listed in?
My pricing is shown in USD.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected upon booking your session to hold your appointment time. In the event of a cancellation within my policy guidelines, your payment will be refunded to your method of payment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you miss a session or need to cancel within 48 hours, your payment will be forfeited.
